You're free to do so if you wish to have a different GameBeef account for each game.

You can have as many accounts as you like, with different email addresses for each.

However, please remember that you can’t assign the same Gamertag to multiple accounts, meaning you can’t sync one specific gamertag to your other accounts; only one gamertag per game is permitted.

You can’t have the same phone number assigned to your other accounts either, as 2-step verification and MFA will not be available for more than one account assigned to it.

You can't use the same Phantom wallet addresses either.
