If you need to file a dispute, you can follow these steps:

On the Betting Dashboard, find the match where you lost and click the "Dispute" button. A member of our staff will be contacted to review this match manually.
Contact the GameBeef Team by filling the form or chat with us on our Discord server.
Explain the nature of the dispute, providing any relevant evidence or details.
The support team will guide you through the dispute resolution process and work towards a resolution.

Please note that you can only place one dispute at a time, meaning that you cannot have more than two or more Bets in dispute at the same time.
