My Gamertag is already in use, but not in my account. What to do?

If your Gamertag is already in use and not assigned to your GameBeef account, or if you feel that another player “stole” your Gamertag, please get in touch with our Support Team by using the following methods:

  • Email [email protected] with a screenshot of the Gamertag/profile you can’t sync.
  • After this first step, our Team will contact you and ask you to send a Friend Invitation, depending on the game platform, and we will verify that it is indeed your account.
  • Send the Friend request as noted in our guides. After this is done, we will confirm and verify your Gamertag.
